Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is a system of health care that has evolved over the past 3000 years, it is a complete medical system with its own methods of diagnosis and treatment strategies. It is based on the concept of the balance of Qi, or vital energy that flows throughout the energetic channels of the body.

It involves the insertion of very fine sterilised disposable needles into specific points along the energy channels that directly influence the flow of Qi and as a result gradually restore the person to a more natural and balanced state of health.

Acupuncture is safe and has no side effects. It treats the root cause of the problem and is suitable for all types of people and conditions. Acupuncture is widely recognised as being an effective treatment for a wide range of chronic and serious health conditions.
